I find it very easy to add my story to the praise others have given the staff and owners of ALL PRO WEST TRAILER SUPERSTORE. Problem is I'm still in shock! I never thought I'd have anything as nice as the new CAR MATE Trailer I just brought home. The part I want to stress is the effort everyone put forth to make me feel comfortable asking questions about prices and options and all the other dumb things a person who never had a trailer like this could dream up. The answers came in a language I could follow and nobody seemed to mind if I asked the same questions more than once. Without their help I would have no doubt purchased something far from what I really wanted or needed. I'll be using my CAR MATE for hauling motorcycles and ATV's to various events both near and far and I'll have no problem telling the folks I meet about All Pro West. Thanks Guys,

The best way to describe this experience is "WOW"! I purchased an 8.5 x 20 Enclosed CarMate Trailer . This trailer is perfect in every way. I arrived at All Pro (Mechanicsburg PA) to get more knowledge on different trailers. I was not sure on what was the best one for me and my needs. I dealt with Scott and Ty. Not only did they give me the knowledge I needed to pick the right trailer, they went to the extreme to compare almost every trailer manufacturer out there. They pointed out the pro's and con's of the different trailers. I decided that the CarMate was the best one for me. I had a wonderful experience at All Pro. Most of all, I was pleased with the product knowledge, patience during comparison, and no pressure from the staff. The biggest complaint most people have when shopping is a high pressure salesman. We stopped by to take a look at your trailers because we liked the looks of them and All Pro West has a reputation for taking care of their customers. We talked to Ty and we told him what we needed a trailer to haul our John Deere B around in to shows and for storage. Just wanted to take a moment and say thanks. It is not often that I am WOW’ED by an organization these days but your crew did it. I called around the tri state area looking for the best value on a new 6 x 12 Trailer . Scott figured out the best style trailer for my needs and the least expensive one to fit them. He did not try to up sale me anything gave me an out the door price over the phone, and that was what it cost when I came to pick it up. When I realized we needed a spare tire they had it installed in 5 minutes. Every one in the store and the shop were on the same page when it came to taking care of the customers and doing it quickly. Well worth the drive from FAIRFAX VA and we will do it again if I need an other trailer.

I work for a company that provides Portable Traffic Signals Systems all over the United States. One model of our Traffic Signal Systems is transported with a 6 x 12 Enclosed Trailer . We were having trouble with Delivery, Availability and Customer Service with our prior Trailer Dealer.
